UPDATE
In order help prevent the community spread of COVID-19, our attorneys and other team members are now working remotely. As our law firm supports innovative technology, we have the capabilities to help our clients throughout the country. We believe that in changing to a work-from-home model during this crisis, we can continue to serve our clients while also protecting health and safety.
WHAT TO KNOW
The service we provide to our clients will not be impacted. We have a dedicated team who are united in carrying out our mission during this unprecedented time, which requires us to be ahead of the curve and think outside of the box quickly. We appreciate your patience as we continue to update our contingency plans.
WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE COURTS AND YOUR CASES
We represent clients in many states across the country. A large majority of these courts are being impacted by COVID-19. Most are closing and cancelling trials or hearings in the next month or two with only a few exceptions. Depositions, mediations, and other case related meetings are being cancelled at this time unless we believe they can effectively occur by video conference or telephone conference.
While our principal concern is for everyone’s continued health and safety, we have focused our resources to ensure we remain available to serve our clients during this time of uncertainty via phone and email despite the many factors that impact our traditional way of conducting business. We remain ready, able and prepared to serve our clients during this time. Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions or concerns. We are keeping normal business hours and will remain available by telephone and email.
