The New York Department of Environmental Conservation has announced that it will conduct an investigation as to whether hazardous substances linked to Love Canal have migrated offsite. This investigation comes after attorneys from Stag Liuzza and co-counsel filed numerous notices of claims with the Town of Wheatfield alleging property contamination at homes near the landfill.
